In cases of postage damage we will send out a replacement item or offer you a refund.
Unless your item is damaged unfortunately we do not accept returns on customised orders.
If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, we cannot be held responsible. The buyer will therefore be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package if it is returned to us and not entitled to a refund if the package does not get returned to us or does not arrive in saleable condition.
